Appraisals

We believe that appraisals should be more about the dialogue between the manager and the employee than about the form filling and the administration.  We will work with you to devise a process that suits your business.  We do believe that the KISS principle is key!

  • Can prevent issues blowing out of proportion
  • Training and development needs can be highlighted giving the business an emphasis on improving the people and retaining talent

  • Is a way of cascading out the business plan in the form of "SMART" measurable objectives and empowering staff
