The HR Tap was named as such to indicate that clients get HR support on tap, the amount that they require when they require it, like turning on a tap!
The HR Tap works with directors who have realised that, to concentrate on the aspects of the business where their skills lie, they need to free up time. By calling on expertise not available within the company they gain time and can ensure that the business is compliant with current legislation and that the people policies are proactively supporting the business plan.
When you meet anyone from the HR Tap you will be meeting an HR practictioner not a sales person, someone who can assist you immediately and understand your issues.

Melissa Ritchie set up HR Tap and has grown it to the business that it is today supporting a wide variety of businesses in all areas of people management. Melissa worked for many years for a major hotel company and for an international brewer both in the UK and internationally. Melissa is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) which is recognition of her qualifications, years of experience and the contribution she can make to an organisation. By working with Associates the HR Tap looks after clients all over the UK. |
