Employment Tribunals are the method of recourse that an employee has after the internal appeal or grievance process has been exhausted and matters not resolved to the employee's satisfaction.

Defending an Employment Tribunal claim can be a nerve wracking and time consuming process.  Once an ET1 form has arrived in the post it is essential that you do not miss any of the deadlines set by the Employment Tribunal and you only have a short period of time to get your response in to the Employment Tribunal office and that response needs to be carefully phrased.  The team at the HR Tap has experience of preparing Employment Tribunal defence (and winning!) and we will support you as much as you need, every step of the way.
