HR Tap support
The HR Tap was asked to assist in the recruitment process of new members of the finance team. This included the compilation of a competency-based interview in advance, the interview itself and a report on each of the candidates including recommendations. Since then we have gone on to support the internal HR team in the creation of job descriptions for all the head office personnel to the company standard template.

Both the retail and hospitality sectors have characteristics of their own and we are both!
