TruServe Telecommunications Ltd 

We started working with The HR Tap in 2005 just as we started growing in number. As a small telecommunication company the team at TruServe spend their time with clients and researching the latest deals on the market not tied up getting to grips with HR and the admin that goes with it.  Having The HR Tap on hand has given us confidence that we can concentrate on our business and leave the personnel aspect to the professionals. 

In House Media 

After trading for over 7 years, as predominantly a 2 man web design company using a wide variety of freelancers and subcontractors, in 2006 in.house.media moved to new larger offices enabling them to begin to assess the viability of employing staff to expand the business.   

With no experience of employment law or the minefield of issues surrounding Human Resources, the Directors decided to seek help and advice from an expert. The HR Tap was recommended to in.house.media by a client of theirs who had previously benefited from the excellent services provided.  

The HR Tap advised on all aspects of the recruitment process, from helping to identify the ideal candidate through to creating final contracts and all the necessary red tape! The HR Tap also provided reassurance and guidance all along the way.   

Since successfully recruiting our first full time employee, The HR Tap has continued to provide help and support with employment issues as they arise.   

Advice is always only just a call or an email away, and is like having our own HR department, and it’s reassuring to know that we have their HR expertise On Tap!   

Hillside Business Solutions Ltd 

Hillside Business Solutions specialises in helping owner-managed and family run businesses to realize the full potential of their operation by providing practical solutions to the problems caused by a lack of time, expertise and/or experience. 

Some of the plans we develop and implement for an organization will involve changes to working practices, job descriptions, terms & conditions and even employee numbers.  We work closely with the HR Tap during this stage because of their proven knowledge in the field of HR and the professional manner in which they work with our clients.
